We went ahead and hired a cleric to cast Augury and they advised us to pull the trigger on manufacturing early. We asked them a little while ago to make all 500 sets which gives them a bit more time for any SNAFUs they might encounter. It also means we'll have extra sets that we can ship out; if you missed the Kickstarter you can grab the same deals for the same prices over on the Backerkit store.
What's Next!?
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform and, other than a few updates, we won't be using it for the remainder of this process. Next, we move to Backerkit, a pledge management platform. This is where we collect your shipping addresses, shipping payments, and you tell us which pins you want. Here's a brief summary of what's ahead:
- Wait for 2 weeks
- Fill out your survey on Backerkit December 5th (sooner the better)
- Lock orders December 9th
- Charge for shipping December 9th
- Fulfilment partners start shipping ASAP
Kickstarter & Stripe takes up to 2 weeks to process your payments. The statement descriptor will read 'Loot Tavern Workshop'—if you see that, it's us! As soon as those 2 weeks are up, we dispatch the 'Smoke Test' from Backerkit. This is where 10% of you get surveys to make sure nothing is awry. If that goes well, we dispatch surveys to the rest of you.
Surveys. These are very simple: they let you choose which pin designs you want. If you're in the Single tier, that's one pin. If you're in the Party tier, that's five pins. The Collector tier gets one of each. There is also a little button where you can change the pledge tier. Only change up tiers; this will get you a better price per pin!
Add-on Store. If you pledged additional credit for more pins (say, 2, 3, or 4 in the Single tier), you are be able to spend that credit in the add-ons store. The price per pin depends on the tier at which you pledged!
Shipping
When you fill out your survey you'll need to pay for shipping. The estimated shipping prices are available on the campaign page. Just a reminder: we're fulfilling from a single hub in the US. This means shipping costs to non-US locations are more expensive than in our other campaigns.
Sales Tax. For non-US locations, sales tax will be payable upon receipt of the goods, unless it falls under you country's tax-free allowance.

It acts like a live chat and there's loads of people that have been through a similar crowdfunding experience who can help you. Plus everyone's really nice. Also, if you sent an email but feel like it might have got lost in the ether, send a little message here. This is the fastest means of communication!
Email: [email protected]. The first place for anything related to missing or damaged products is to email this address. If a product is damaged, please include photos of the packaging and the product. You can also submit quick questions here, but we are generally slower to respond to email than on Discord.
Backerkit. If you have Backerkit specific questions, part of what we pay for is their customer support. If you're having issues, the best bet is to jump to their support page. You can also email [email protected].
Where Not To Seek Support
Kickstarter! With the crowdfunding over, we don't check the comments or messaging system very often. You can still leave messages there, but the average response time is much slower than any other avenue.
